Special clinic where we'll focus on backstroke starts, and other starts off of the blocks. Also, we'll work on flip turns if there is interest and time. Bring your nose plugs!!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by a coach or administrator or by the individual member (withdrawal from an event): Full (prepaid) club memberships receive no credit or refund for an event during the membership period. Pay-per-swim, new and visiting members will receive a credit to their account if the member registered and prepaid for an event.
